| Adding a custom business banner only applies to the Featured listings that you have purchased. Standard listings do no have a banner. |
Custom banners are optional. When any Featured listing is purchased, a simple and basic default banner is created by our system and displayed on our site. |

Upload Custom Banner |
| If you are not logged in, do so by either clicking the My Account link or the Login link found on every page. |
| Under the heading "Account Maintenance", click on "Upload or Delete a Custom Banner" |
| If you have already uploaded a custom banner, you will be prompted to first delete the current banner. If there is no banner in our database for your business, click on the "browse" button and navigate to the folder and the banner file on your local computer. Attach the banner file. |
| After attaching your image, you should see the folder and banner file path in the "Banner Image Path" box. Click the "Upload" button. |
| You will then receive a confirmation page that your banner was uploaded. Click the "Continue" link. |
| This will take you to "My Account". The image you uploaded will be displayed on the left side of the page under "Your Company Banner". |
Delete Custom Banner |
| If you are not logged in, do so by either clicking the My Account link or the Login link found on every page. |
| Under the heading "Account Maintenance", click on "Upload or Delete a Custom Banner" |
| The page displayed will show your banner that we currently have in our database. Click the "Delete Banner" button. If you have no banner in our database, the delete page will not appear. Instead you will be taken to the upload page. |
| You will be then taken to a banner delete warning page. Click "No - Take me Back" to cancel the deletion, or click "Yes - Delete it!" to complete the banner deletion. |
| After deleting your banner you will be taken back to My Account. On the left side of the page it should read "No Banner on File" |
