All banner advertisements purchased on Appraiser-Search.com will display a company banner. After all, the banner is the vehicle to grab the attention of site visitors while they are searching for a real estate related service. |

A default company banner will be created when a Banner listing is purchased. This will allow your business to be displayed on the Internet immediately following a complete purchase. Although some clients choose to keep the default banner, it is intended as a temporary banner until you upload a custom banner of your choice. You can find FREE and very inexpensive banners by clicking the links below on this page. |

Custom banners must not exceed 170 pixels wide by 60 pixels high. Any attempt to upload an image larger than 170 x 60 will result in automatic resizing, producing unexpected results. |

Only one banner is allowed per registered business. You can upload or change your banner at any time by logging into My Account. To change your banner you will delete it first, then upload a new banner. |

If you do not currently have a company banner, there are many web sites that provide the capability free of charge for you to create your own banner. There are still other sites that will create a custom banner for you for as little as $10. Whatever choice you make, be sure that the dimensions are 170 W x 60 H. |
